I wanted to create a mantra while I was going though(and still am going through) some big transitions in my life. Seasons change, and it’s sometimes hard to change along with them. Relationships end or shift, jobs end, people or pets we love pass on, we move from one city to another, we, ourselves even go though phases. This is a reminder to choose yourself through whatever hard things you may be facing. Do your best to show up and embrace your life and yourself as you are, and embrace your reality for what is. Embrace yourself physically too, you could use a hug from you. I will do the same. Only then, can we all move forward into the next chapter…
